Das \u00d6l erhitzen, W\u00fcrfel gut anbraten und wieder aus der Pfanne nehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nun das Hackfleisch zur H\u00e4lfte zuf\u00fcgen und kr\u00fcmelig bzw. kross anbraten. Wieder aus der Pfanne nehmen und das restliche Hack anbraten. Das bereits gebratene Hack und Gem\u00fcse wieder zuf\u00fcgen, mit dem Wein abl\u00f6schen und fast verkochen lassen. Tomatenmark dazu geben, etwas angehen lassen und mit der Br\u00fche auff\u00fcllen. Mit Deckel s\u00e4mig einkochen lassen. Das kann gerne 3 Stunden dauern\u2026 muss es aber nicht.
