Kartoffeln 5 Min. kochen, in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Mit Gem\u00fcse und Peperoni zu den Gew\u00fcrzen geben. 7-10 Minuten braten, gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Kokosmilch und Tomaten zugeben. Abschmecken, 15-20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Cashewkerne in das Gem\u00fcse geben, auf einer Platte im Reisbett anrichten.
