Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL scharfer Senf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frisch gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zun\u00e4chst das Fleisch waschen, trocken tupfen und in hauchd\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in Streifen schneiden. Den Knoblauch abziehen und pressen. Zusammen mit dem Fleisch und den \u00fcbrigen Gew\u00fcrzen vermengen und ca. 1-2 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einer sehr hei\u00dfen Pfanne portionsweise braten und warm stellen.
