Diese Masse in leicht warmem Zustand mit der Butter, einem Eigelb und Muskat gut mischen.<br>Alles in einen Spritzbeutel f\u00fcllen und mit der gro\u00dfen sternf\u00f6rmigen \u00d6ffnung auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech Rosetten dr\u00fccken. Das zweite Eigelb mit etwas Wasser mischen und jede Kartoffelrosette damit einpinseln.
