In der Zwischenzeit die Knoblauchzehen zerkleinern und mit einem Messer mit etwas Meersalz zu einer Paste glattziehen. Den fermentierten Pfeffer mit dem Messer grob hacken. Dann alle Zutaten zusammenf\u00fcgen und verr\u00fchren. Jetzt kann damit das Grillfleisch mariniert werden.
